What You’ll Do:
IT support responsibilities include
- Tackle technical challenges head-on, providing hands-on support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Document your solutions to build a knowledge base and empower the team with your expertise!
- Dive into coding and debugging to supercharge application performance and user experience. Team up with developers on impactful projects, bringing software solutions to life and making a real difference.
- Work with our databases, ensuring data is secure, accurate, and always optimized. Support reporting and operations by organizing data, running queries, and setting up essential backups.
- Shape strategic decisions by generating powerful, data-driven reports. Use tools like BigQuery to build and maintain data solutions that drive our organization forward.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to take IT systems, services, and processes to the next level. Jump into team discussions and code reviews, sharing ideas and improving IT processes for continuous growth and impact.
Data support responsibilities include
- Collect and organize data for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy.

As a Systems Engineer you will manage, maintain, and optimize IT systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. More specifically your duties will be the following:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT, including Windows servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and network devices
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application architecture for cloud deployment
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and compliance status as needed
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users and customers as needed
In order for your profile to match this Systems Engineer role, you need to have the following:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT System Administrator or relevant role
- Proven experience with Windows server administration, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Windows Server Deployment , Management, Patching
- Active Directory Configuration and Management
- Cloud Services Management (e.g., Azure, Office 365)
- Domain name servers (DNS) and DNS management(Windows environment)
- Familiarity with Citrix, NetScaler, Office 365
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP, subnetting, VLANS
- PowerShell Scripting and Automation
- Network Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Disaster Recovery and Backup Solutions
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Fluency in English

We are looking for a motivated .NET Engineer to join an innovative R&D team in Athens. Would you like to be part of a highly innovative software development house specialized in the Life Science & Healthcare industry? You will be involved in the development of highly innovative medical software products, explore cut-off-the-edge technologies and have an inside look of the fast-growing healthcare industry.
The position is full-time and permanent, based in Athens!
As a .NET Engineer you will:
- Design, develop, and test .NET-based software applications.
- Maintain existing software applications, including bug fixes and enhancements.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
- Work under quality procedures of medical software (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 82304 etc.) .
The main qualifications for this .NET Engineer position are:
- BSc/BA/BEng in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer, with demonstrable experience in .NETtechnologies (C#, .NET Framework/Core).
- Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A passion for learning and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal).
